Occupancy:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 2 guests).

Cancellations:

In the event of your plans being changed, more than seven (7) days notice will receive a full credit, less an administration charge by the property owner of $30.00.
If the booking is cancelled or changed within seven (7) days of the confirmed stay, no refund will be given.
If you fail to arrive on the due date without prior notification, no refund will be given.
You may transfer your booking within a 6 month period from the date of cancellation provided that you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your arrival and final payment has been made for the duration of your stay.
Booking means acceptance of these terms.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00
