The Park is rated at 3½ star, BBQ area with campkitchen. Powered sites and ensuites sites available, for caravaning and tents. Shady sites and well landscaped gardens in a private setting. Quiet park, designated car space next to each cabin. Kiosk available at Park office. 5 minutes drive to Palmwoods township. Good footpaths for walking around the area and into town. Palmwoods has all coinveiences, butcher, baker, newsagent, hairdresser, fuel, IGA supermarket, doctor, take-away food, public transport. Mon-Fri, SunBus service available from park to Lowe street Nambour. 10.30am pickup/2.30pm return. Tourist attractions: 25 Minutes to Ginger Factory. 10 Minutes drive to Big Pineapple. 5 minutes drive to Clio's Restaurant and Palmwoods Hotel where you will find local entertainment. 15 Minutes drive up to Montville in the heart of the beautiful Blackall Range. Friendly service and tourist information available at park office. No swimming pool or playground in park but very close to Palmwoods Community Pool(50m).

Getting There:

Travelling North along the Bruce Highway look for Nambour exit, you will see majour roundabout. Then you will travel past Big Pieapple on right. Look for Palmwoods turnoff, on the left before Bridge. -Travelling South on Bruce Highway. Bypass early Nambour/Mapleton turnoff and keep driving south until you see exit for Nambour/Palmwoods/Big Pineapple. You will be on a large roundabout. Follow signs to Palmwoods. -Train from Brisbane stops at Palmwoods station. -Taxi service available. Phone Suncoast Cabs -Sunbus operates a service from Mon-Fri from park to Lowe Street Nambour, departs 10.30am, returns 2.30pm.
